Delivery & Pick-Up
Efficiency is the soul of a great party. To keep our schedule on track for all clients, we adhere to strict timing:
Prompt Delivery: All items will be delivered within your pre-allotted, scheduled window.
Strict Pick-Up: Equipment will be retrieved at the exact scheduled pick-up time. **No exceptions** will be made, so please ensure the venue is accessible.
Inventory & Equipment Care
We take pride in providing high-quality decor. The following items are provided on a **rental basis** and must be returned in the same condition they were received:

Themed Cutouts & Props
Marquee Numbers
Arch Panels & Backdrops
Important: Any equipment returned with stains (excluding table linens), tears, cracks, or missing components will result in immediate additional charges.
Custom Treats & Balloons
Balloons:** Once the party is over, the balloons are yours! These are the property of the client and do not need to be returned.
Custom Wrapped Treats: Want that extra "wow" factor? Custom treats are available to match your theme. 12 Lays Plain Chips $36 a dozen & 12 12oz-Gatorade $24 a dozen, 12 Rice Krispy Treats $20 a dozen or 12 mini water bottles $12. 12 Candy Boxes price tbd.
Note:* These "must be ordered in advance" to allow for design and production time.
Damage Policy & Legal Terms
We expect our equipment to be treated with respect. In the event of damage:
1. Assessment: An invoice for repairs or replacement will be issued immediately upon inspection.
2. Payment: Unpaid damage fees will be pursued via "civil action".
3. Legal Fees: Per our rental agreement, the client will be responsible for the full reimbursement of all "attorney fees" and court costs incurred during the collection process.
Ready to celebrate? Please confirm your delivery window and treat orders at time of booking your event date! A 25% non refundable deposit is due a booking & will be applied to your overall balance. The balance is due due on the morning of booking prior to delivery. All Table are rectangular. Round table are available for an upgrade fee & this must be specified at time of booking .All linens in the DIY PARTY In a Box setups are spandex.
